Hereinafter referred to as “the Website”, owned and operated by Khwater Ltd.
Company (“the Company”).
These Terms & Conditions are written in both masculine and feminine forms and are intended to define the relationship between the Company and the users of the Website.
Use of the Website constitutes full acceptance of all the terms and conditions listed below.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.
1. Use of the Website
1.1 The Website is intended solely for the online purchase of fashion products.
1.2 All use of the Website is for personal and private purposes only. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using Website content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.
1.3 All information, images, and prices displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may differ.
1.4 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
1.5 The Company’s computerized records shall serve as conclusive evidence of all actions performed on the Website.
2. Purchases and Payments
2.1 Purchases may be made using a valid credit card, cash payment, or bank transfer (subject to coordination with the supplier at the time of purchase).
2.2 For credit card purchases, payment may be divided into up to three (3) installments.
2.3 Upon completion of the order and payment approval, the customer will automatically receive a transaction receipt.
2.4 For Pre-Orders, the customer will receive an official notice containing full details for completion and coordination.
2.5 Orders cannot be canceled after the transaction has been completed and payment confirmed.
2.6 According to Israeli law, any purchase made through the Website is binding. A unilateral cancellation after product delivery will be considered fraud or theft and handled by the competent legal authorities.
2.7 All payments are processed securely. Credit card details are never stored on the Website’s servers.
2.8 When paying by credit card, a verification code (OTP) may be sent to confirm that the cardholder is the actual purchaser.
3. Shipping
3.1 The Company provides home delivery only.
3.2 Delivery time: up to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
3.3 Customers will receive an SMS notification before delivery.
3.4 If the customer is not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier will contact them again to schedule a new delivery time.
3.5 If delivery fails due to reasons beyond the Company’s control (e.g., no answer, incorrect address, etc.), no refund will be issued.
3.6 The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party shipping companies or force majeure.
4. Returns and Exchanges Policy
4.1 Returns or exchanges are not permitted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or product malfunction.
4.2 Customers must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product to report a defect.
4.3 If a genuine defect is confirmed, the Company will offer a replacement product or a full refund for the amount paid.
4.4 Products listed under SALE / OUTLET are sold “As-Is” and are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Data Security and Privacy
5.1 The Website employs advanced security measures to safeguard customer privacy.
5.2 Credit card information is not stored on the Company’s servers, except for the last four digits for verification purposes only.
5.3 The Company will not share personal information with any third party unless required by law.
6. Liability and Jurisdiction
6.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or purchases made through it.
6.2 These Terms & Conditions and any related disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

All content, design, images, and materials on the Website are the exclusive property of Khwater Ltd.
No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
