Are the products available immediately, and can the sizes be adjusted?
At Khwater, every piece is designed exclusively and crafted with precision to ensure the highest standards of quality. Most designs are available for immediate purchase through the website, and we also offer a Special Request service that allows simple size adjustments (length or width) and choosing your preferred color from the available options for each design. To use this service, contact us via the “Special Request” page or WhatsApp.
What types of luxury fabrics are used in Khwater designs?
We believe that luxury begins with the fabric. Khwater uses premium high‑end fabrics sourced from trusted global suppliers, such as natural silk, premium crepe, Nada fabric, and soft linen. You can find the exact fabric for each abaya in the Product Description on the website.
How should I care for my abaya to maintain its quality?
Each Khwater piece is crafted to last. We recommend Dry Cleaning as the preferred method. If handwashing, use very cold water and gentle detergents, and avoid harsh rubbing or wringing. Air dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight; do not use electric dryers. For ironing, use low heat with a protective cloth or a steamer.
What are the available payment methods?
We offer several secure and convenient options: credit card payment through the website, bank transfer after order confirmation, and cash on delivery in select areas (as per the shipping policy). All transactions are processed securely to protect customer data.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Delivery is currently available in Israel and the West Bank only. Orders typically take 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Delivery is coordinated via a local courier or a Khwater representative. Tracking numbers are not available at this time; however, you can check your order status via WhatsApp.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases: a clear manufacturing defect, or a size/color mistake from our side. In such cases, Khwater covers all shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the item.
What is the “Special Request” service?
The Special Request service allows adjustments to the main measurements (length and width) and choosing your preferred color from the available options for any abaya on our website. This service does not include creating new designs or changing embroidery, patterns, or the original model. You can request it during checkout or via WhatsApp to confirm the color and measurements before production.
Do the prices include tax and shipping?
All displayed prices include VAT. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery area.
How can I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in centimeters. You can also contact us via WhatsApp for personalized sizing assistance.
